Kegan Monteiro is a Senior Property Manager who has been in the industry for sixteen years. Kegan has a high level of experience having previously managed a property management team. Kegan’s property management skills are complemented by his experience managing a large body corporate portfolio, he has a good working knowledge of both the Residential Tenancies Act and Unit Titles Act.

Kegan manages his owners properties as if they were his own, he prefers to be proactive rather than reactive - common sense, time management and efficiency are the key to him delivering quality service.

Continuing education is part of Kegan’s commitment to providing the best level of service to his clients. The industry is constantly changing, especially with new legislation being introduced, and keeping up to date is paramount.

Kegan is passionate about property, his father is an Sales Agent, he was bought up around property – property is in his blood. Kegan lives on a lifestyle block in Drury, he enjoys and supports the Auckland City Mission, helping with collecting and delivering goods.
