Lynn Jackson

Residential Property Manager

Lynn has seven years of experience as a residential property manager, four of these with Bayleys in the Coromandel area.

Having been a landlord of multiple properties herself over the years, she understands there is a balance with keeping a long term tenant and having a financially successful business.

Lynn comes from an extensive background in banking and administration with a short foray as a travel agent. This was sparked by her love of travel and she even went solo to Europe for three months and most recently has been to Saudi Arabia and the Caribbean.

She believes that good working relationships with owners, tenants and contractors are pivotal in being able to provide a professional service to her clients. Being a straight shooter she tells it like it is giving realistic expectations. This has gained her respect from both owners and tenants alike.

A property manager is like insurance... you don’t realise how important we are until something goes wrong.

Quality properties with quality tenants will create a quality business.
